Russia’s Soyuz MS-24 spacecraft may travel to orbital outpost in June — media
It is reported that some specialists do not rule out that the anomalies occurred due to the production defects
MOSCOW, March 10. /TASS/. The Soyuz MS-24 manned spacecraft may travel to the International Space Station (ISS) three months ahead of schedule, the daily Izvestia reported on Friday, citing a source.
As the paper reported, the Energia Space Rocket Corporation considers rescheduling the date of launching the Soyuz MS-24 manned spacecraft to the orbital outpost for June 7 from September 15. This will help bring to Earth three crew members who have had to stay in orbit longer due to sequential leaks on the Soyuz MS-22 and Progress MS-21 spaceships, it said.
Some specialists do not rule out that the anomalies occurred due to the production defects, the paper said.
"An official decision on launching the Soyuz MS-24 spacecraft will be made by the state commission, about which the state space corporation will inform," Roscosmos told the paper.
