MOSCOW, September 26. /TASS/. A Soyuz-2.1 b carrier rocket blasted off from the Plesetsk spaceport in northern Russia carrying a military satellite, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
According to the ministry, the launch was carried out as scheduled at 10.46 a.m. Moscow Time from site number 43.
