MOSCOW, July 22./ TASS/. More than one million refugees from south-east Ukraine have found shelter in Russia, Federal Migration Service (FMS) head Konstantin Romodanovsky told a news conference on Wednesday.
"According to FMS data, 11 million foreigners, including Ukrainian refugees, are in Russia now. Entry to Russian territory has been forbidden to nearly 1.5 million foreigners due to violation of migration legislation," the official said.
Around 2.7 million people are numbered in a risk group for overstaying 90-day legal permits to be in Russia.
