LE BOURGET, June 18. /TASS/. Russia’s arms exporter Rosoboronexport hopes to sign a contract with China on the supply of 24 Su-35 fighters before the end of the year, head of the company’s Air Force department who leads its delegation at the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget Sergey Kornev told reporters on Thursday.

"Such negotiations [on the Su-35 fighters with China] are being conducted, I confirm. However, a contract after all requires agreement on both sides. Certainly, I also hope that the contract will be signed before the end of the year," Kornev said, asked by a journalist to comment on the corresponding statement made by head of Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) Yuri Slusar at the air show in Le Bourget.
