Russia hopes to sign deal with China on Su-35 fighter jet supplies
The head of Russia’s delegation at the opening 51st International Paris Air Show said Russia also seeks to ink contracts on supplies of Su-35 to other partners
LE BOURGET, June 15. /TASS/. Moscow expects to conclude a contract with China on supplies of Sukhoi Su-35 fighter jets, the head of Russia’s delegation at the opening 51st International Paris Air Show said on Monday.
"Effort is now underway on promoting Su-35 fighter jets on the global combat aviation market. The Russian side hopes to sign in the near future contracts on supplies of these aircraft to China," deputy head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Konstantin Biryulin told TASS.
Biryulin also said Russia seeks to ink contracts on supplies of these fighter jets to other Moscow’s partners.
The Paris Air Show 2015 is opening at Le Bourget near Paris on Monday. The organizational committee told TASS that 2,260 participants from 50 states, including Russia, are taking part in the show. The participants’ expositions will be displayed at an area of some 130,000 square meters.
Russia’s Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation said Russia will be represented by 40 various organizations.
