Lavrov to discuss OSCE issues with organization’s chairman in Belgrade

BELGRADE, May 15. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will on Friday hold talks in the Serbian capital Belgrade with the chairman-in-office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The talks with Dacic will focus on cooperation via the OSCE in the context of the Serbian Chairmanship in the organization. On the bilateral track, the sides are expected to pay heed to prospects of interaction in the gas sphere with account for Russia’s plans to build the Turkish Stream pipeline.
Lavrov will also meet with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
