MOSCOW, April 30. /TASS/. Moscow's Basmanny court has ruled to arrest in absentia Nikita Kulachenkov, an ally of Russian opposition figure Alexey Navaly, for allegedly stealing a painting.

Nikita Kulachenkov used to work with Alexey Navalny at the Anti-Corruption Foundation.

Kulachenkov was put on international wanted list.
