MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has assigned the Justice Ministry with inking an extradition agreement with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the legal information portal reported on Monday.
The draft agreement was earlier approved by the government.
The agreement will allow extradition if crimes are punishable by at least one-year prison term.
