LIPETSK, April 9. /TASS/. A passenger train has collided with a locomotive in the Lipetsk region, in central Russia, local law enforcement agencies said on Thursday.

At least 15 people have been injured, according to preliminary information. No deaths have been reported.

An investigation into the circumstances of the accident is ongoing. Response forces are working on the scene.
