MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Russia’s Emergencies Ministry forms another, extra, convoy with humanitarian aid for conflict-gripped Donbass, deputy head of the National Crisis Management Centre Oleg Voronov told TASS on Saturday.

Cargoes concentrated in the Russian southern Rostov region have been constantly coming from other Russian regions.

"Today they will be delivered from the Stavropol and Krasnodar regions where white-painted trucks of the Russian Emergencies Ministry are loaded with materials for the spring seedtime and building products for restoration and repairs of destroyed buildings," Voronov said.

At present, the Donskoy rescue centre is engaged in getting ready the trucks for a trip to Donetsk and Lugansk.

On Friday, the ministry’s 50 trucks of another extra convoy delivered to Donetsk and Lugansk over 250 tonnes of foodstuffs, building products and everything needed for the spring grain sowing campaign. The relief aid is aimed to help organise spring field works, support the population and restore vital facilities.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry said that extra convoys with humanitarian aid would go to Donbass because of a very difficult situation there linked to a start of sowing time and vast devastation in towns and villages where shortages of construction materials had been registered.
