MOSCOW, December 17 /TASS/. The defense lawyer of AFK Sistema’s co-owner Vladimir Yevtushenkov has confirmed his client’s release from house arrest.

“An hour ago, the investigator changed Yevtushenkov’s measure of restraint to an undertaking to appear,” lawyer Vladimir Kozin told TASS on Wednesday.

Yevtushenkov is planning to return to his work at AFK Sistema soon.

“Now he does not have any restrictions and can return to his fruitful work activities,” lawyer Vladimir Kozin went on to say.

Yevtushenkov’s electronic bracelet will soon be removed.
