After the court resolution comes into force the document will be put on the Federal list of extremist documents banned from circulation

UFA, November 26. /TASS/. The Kirov district court in Ufa (Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan) has condemned circulation of Adolf Hitler's political will on the Internet as an act of extremism.

"The Ufa regional Prosecutor's office, which checked whether the circulation of the document complied with the Law on fighting extremism, established that Internet users have free access to the document. Therefore, the regional prosecutor called to brand the document as extremist," senior aide to Bashkortostan's prosecutor Gusel Masagutova in charge of public relations told TASS.

"The law envisages that only a court of law may rule documents aimed at flaring up ethnic strife and violence as the manifestation of extremism. The Ufa Kirov district court has satisfied the prosecutor's protest," the spokeswoman said.

"After the court resolution comes into force the document will be put on the Federal list of extremist documents banned from circulation," the spokeswoman said.
