MOPSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. A visit to Moscow of High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security Federica Mogherini is not planned, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov told TASS on Saturday.

“This questions has not been initiated,” he said.
