MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. Russia plans to send another humanitarian aid convoy to eastern Ukraine this month and all the approval procedures are fully complied with, Russian Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov told reporters on Tuesday.

“Certainly this month,” he said, answering a question about the time of the humanitarian aid convoy dispatch. It will be sent as soon as Russia completes the approval procedures with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and with the Ukrainian side, he he said. “We fully comply with all the procedures,” Puchkov noted.

It will be the seventh humanitarian aid convoy to Ukraine.

On November 2, the sixth humanitarian convoy reached Luhansk and Donetsk with more than 1,000 tons of foodstuffs, fuel, building products and medications following the previous five convoys that delivered a total of 6,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Donbas - a largely industrialised area of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine’s east that became a battleground between pro-Kiev forces and militias of the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Luhansk.
