The resurfacing rescue chamber of Severodvinsk nuclear submarine - the head Project 885 ("Yasen") – was tested by the Northern Fleet, the official representative of the fleet, First Rank Captain Vadim Serga. The submarine was required to dive to 40 meters in the waters of Zapadnaya Litsa bay and stabilize at this depth, simulating a fixed position of an "emergency" aground sub.
