Over 48 thousand Ukrainian refugees stay at temporary accommodations in Russia — ministry

The refugees receive everything they need, as well as medical assistance

MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Over 48,000 refugees from Ukraine are staying at temporary accommodations in Russia, representative of the emergency situations ministry Alexander Drobyshevsky told TASS on Friday.

He said Russia has organized 931 temporary accommodation facilities, where over 48,300 refugees from Ukraine are currently staing , among them over 15,000 children.

The refugees receive everything they need, as well as medical assistance.

Over 190,000 have asked for medical assistance, including 64,500 children, about 5,000 pregnant women. About 9,500 people were taken to hospitals, including 3,600 children and about 1,000 pregnant women.
