MOSCOW, October 3. /TASS/. Relations between Moscow, South Caucasian republics of South Ossetia and Abkhazia are not on agenda at meetings between the special envoys of Russia and Georgia, Russian State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told TASS on Friday ahead of next consultations in Czech Republic’s capital Prague due on October 15-16.

Karasin said that his meeting with Georgian prime minister’s special envoy for relations with Russia Zurab Abashidze “is being prepared.”

“We will discuss the whole scope of our relations,” the Russian diplomat noted, adding that “there are no forbidden issues, but we do not ever discuss our relations with Abkhazia and South Ossetia.”

Asked whether the situation in Ukraine will be raised, Karasin said, “In essence, we focus on bilateral relations, but naturally we share impressions on common international problems as well."
