MOSCOW, September 16. /ITAR-TASS/. NATO weapon supply pledge to Kiev threatens to interfere in Ukrainian domestic affairs and abets to war crimes, Russia’s lower house State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said in his opening remarks of the lower house’s autumn session on Tuesday.

“The recent NATO summit has just worsened the situation and we hear from different sources that the Kiev regime was promised to receive weapons supplies from several countries that is fraught with interference in Ukrainian home affairs. Speaking straightforwardly, this abets to war crimes,” the lawmaker said.
