MOSCOW, September 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Representatives of Russian non-parliamentary parties could be invited to the State Duma in October to take part in a discussion of a draft law on industrial policy, a spokeskman for the lower house of the Russian parliament said on Monday.

Under the Russian law, parties which are not represented in the State Duma have a right to attend meetings of the lower house once a year.
