GORKI, September 08. /ITAR-TASS/. Some 105,000 Ukrainian refugees, who were forced to flee their country amid combat actions, were either granted in Russia the status of temporary asylum or a refugee status, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said on Monday.

Kozak added that due to such status Ukrainian refugees “have the right to work in Russia bypassing labor quotas".

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday that Ukrainian refugees forced to flee their country amid combat actions would be granted jobs in Russia bypassing migration labor quotas set by the Russian government for the current year, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday.

“Several days ago I signed a decree, which enables them [Ukrainian refugees] to work in our country bypassing labor quotas,” Medvedev said adding that the decree was in force “to Ukrainian citizens, who were forced to leave their country amid combat actions”.
