NEKHOTEYEVKA BORDER POST (Belgorod region), August 31 /ITAR-TASS/. Russia has handed over 63 Ukrainian servicemen to Ukraine, Major General Alexei Ragozin, deputy commander of the Russian airborne troops, said on Sunday.
“Our competent bodies have just handed over 63 Ukrainian servicemen who crossed the Russian border on August 27 to Ukraine,” Ragozin said.
