The Russian leader congratulated the president of Belarus on the 60 anniversary
MOSCOW, August 30 /ITAR-TASS/ Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone call on Saturday congratulated Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on the 60th anniversary, the Kremlin press service said.
Putin also sent a congratulatory telegram to his Belarusian counterpart in connecting with the birthday and signed a decree awarding the Alexander Nevsky Order to Lukashenko, the press service said.
