KAMENSK-SHAKHTINSKY, August 25./ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s convoy, which delivered humanitarian aid to the war-torn southeastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk last week, has left for the Moscow region, an official of the shipping company told ITAR-TASS on Monday.
“The trucks are leaving Kamensk-Shakhtinsky for the Moscow region. A tent camp where drivers lived is being closed down,” the official said.
On Friday, August 22, Russia’s humanitarian convoy delivered more some 2,000 tonnes of cargoes - foodstuffs, water, baby food and medications to Luhansk.
Drivers made a stopover in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky,Russia’s southern Rostov Region, to take a rest.
