Federal legislation forbids civil servants to make public statements, judgements and assessments

MOSCOW, August 06. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Sergei Belyakov was dismissed from his job on Wednesday for breaking a ban on public statements on the work of government agencies.

Federal legislation forbids civil servants to make public statements, judgements and assessments, including in mass media, on the work of government bodies and their heads, unless this is required by their official duties.
