MOSCOW, July 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Monday pledged to arrange trips for foreign journalists to the country's regions hosting refugees who fled eastern Ukraine.
Russia wants the world to know the truth about events in Ukraine, Lavrov said adding that a group of reporters had already visited the Rostov Region in southern Russia.
Lavrov urged journalists “to visit this and other regions bordering on Ukraine to see with their own eyes what is going on” and how Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is implementing his peace plan.
