Russia celebrated Navy Day on July 27. Military parades took place in the cities of Vladivostok, Sevastopol, Severomorsk and St.Petersburg. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu watched the parade in Severomorsk, the base of Russia's Northern Fleet.
