Twenty-one people have died in the metro train crash in Moscow and 136 people have been hospitalized
MOSCOW, July 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has signed a decree to declare the day of mourning for victims in the metro incident.
“July 16 is declared the day of mourning for victims in the Moscow metro incident. We convey our sympathies to the next-of-kin,” the Moscow Mayor’s Office said on Tuesday.
Moscow’s flags shall be flown at half-staff upon all buildings and grounds. Television companies and cultural institutions are changing their programs and cancelling all their entertainment events.
