MOSCOW, July 15. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry has reported a growing number of incidents with shelling of Russian settlements bordering Ukraine, but Ukrainian authorities cynically rejected obvious facts, Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said on Tuesday.

“These provocative incidents recur with the lack of official Kiev authorities’ response,” he added.
