GORKI, July 02. /ITAR-TASS/. Natalia Timakova, spokeswoman for Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, has dismissed as "fantasy" the allegations that the Russian Cabinet was planning to return to five-year plans for planning Russia's social-economic development similar to the Soviet-era practice.

"The government has no plans on the transition to the "five-year plans," Timakova said, dismissing the allegations by one of the media sources as "someone's fantasy".
