Russia to see Moscow-Yekaterinburg, Adler high-speed railways by ’30

Moscow-Yekaterinburg road will be an extension of the Moscow-Kazan railroad which will be finished in 2018

MOSCOW, June 20. /ITAR-TASS/. Two high-speed railways, Moscow-Yekaterinburg and Moscow-Adler will be built until 2030, according to a government’s strategy published Friday.

Moscow-Yekaterinburg road will be an extension of the Moscow-Kazan railroad which will be finished in 2018. According to the strategy, the Kazan-Yekaterinburg segment will be complete in 2026.

Investments will stand at about 2 trillion roubles ($58 billion).

Moscow-Adler road construction will begin after 2020; investments will make 2.322 trillion roubles, according to the statement.
