MOSCOW, June 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Humanitarian cargoes, including a truck with insulin syringes, plasters, feeding bottles and different foodstuffs, have been delivered to Ukraine’s south-east under the auspices of Russia’s Public Chamber.

“Necessary goods and medications are being collected very actively,” the head of the working group for humanitarian aid to Ukraine’s south-east, Maxim Grigoryev said on Wednesday.

These are commercial structures, producing medications and foodstuffs, Grigoryev said.

In March the Public Chamber set up the headquarters for humanitarian, legal and psychological assistance to Ukrainian citizens, affected by the consequences of the conflict. The headquarters maintains contacts with the Federal Migration Service and the Russian Foreign Ministry.
