MOSCOW, June 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Upper House Speaker Valentina Matviyenko has called to establish an international tribunal to investigate war crimes in Ukraine.

"Let us first put the culprits, responsible for such a heavy death toll, on trial by an international public tribunal," Matviyenko told a commission of the Upper House that monitors the situation in Ukraine.

The speaker has invited all the witnesses and survivors of the atrocities committed in Ukraine, representatives of foreign countries and all those who condemned the present Kiev regime, to join the international tribunal.
