MOSCOW, June 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Members of the LDPR faction of the Russian State Duma are going to send books on diplomatic etiquette to Andrii Deshchytsia, Ukrainian acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, who has made comments addressed to the Russian leadership using obscene language.

“Obviously, Mr. Deshchytsia has confused the ‘Privoz’ (a famous market place in Odessa) or a market counter at ‘Bessarabka’ market in Kiev with an important and responsible state post, having been rude both towards the Russian leadership and insulting Russia in general. Mr. Deshchytsia, above all, has marred the honor and dignity of the whole diplomatic community of America and the European Union,” LDPR deputy Yaroslav Nilov told journalists on Tuesday.

“To prevent him from doing the same further and not be a shame another time, LDPR decided to send him a book on Diplomatic Etiquette and Protocol by a team of authors from former officials of the US State Department and published by the Etiquette publishers. The book will teach the Ukrainian ‘politician’ to be courteous and polite even in the most extraordinary situations,” the Russian MP said.

Alongside with the book on etiquette, LDPR deputies intend to send Mr. Deshchytsia another book titled “The Rhetoric and Theory of Communications”.

“Looking at Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who is a worthy example of the diplomatic school, and having learnt basic things from these books, Mr. Deshchytsia will be able to improve his intellect, culture and diplomatic competence,” the Russian MP noted.
