"The regime has been effective on an area that includes the villages of Shardakovo, Svedlovskoye, Zolskoye and Zalukodes from 04:00, Moscow time, Tuesday," an official at the headquarters told ITAR-TASS. It envisions special measures and temporary restrictions.
