SKOLKOVO, June 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev promised that the project to create the Skolkovo innovation center would be carried though.

"Despite temporary financial problems which are found in each state we'll complete the projects approved by the state," Medvedev said at the second Startup Village conference on Tuesday.

"One of such priorities is our Skolkovo project," he said noting that Skolkovo was known not only in Russia. "I wish to tell you that it will go on; we'll bring our private-state initiative to its logical conclusion."

The premier said a top university would function in Skolkovo which had already invited a large number of foreign specialists.
