MOSCOW, May 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow has been outraged by a new fact of desecration of a Soviet WWII memorial in Poland, Russian Foreign Ministry’s official spokesperson Alexander Lukashevich said on Wednesday.
“We are deeply outraged by an act of vandalism committed in Poland on the night to May 19 when a monument to Soviet warriors was desecrated at a war cemetery in Raciborz,” the Russian diplomat stressed.
He added it was not the first time that vandals in Poland had insulted the memory of heroes who gave their lives for saving the world from the brown plague.
“That contradicts all norms of moral, Christian and universal human values,” Lukashevich said in conclusion.
