MOSCOW, April 26 (Itar-Tass) - Russian and German foreign ministers Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier had discussed the crisis in Ukraine and possible steps to de-escalate the situation in the country, the Russian Foreign Ministry said after the telephone talk the ministers had on the initiative of the German side.
