MOSCOW, April 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the country’s government jointly with the Defense Ministry to draft a development programme of the Russian Black Sea Fleet before June 1, 2014. The president gave this instruction upon results of his televised annual question-and-answer session on April 17, the Kremlin press service reported.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu were put in charge of fulfilling the presidential instruction.
