ROSTOV ON DON, April 19, /ITAR-TASS/. A light plane crashed in Russia’s southern Rostov region on Saturday, April 19, while performing farm operations, the pilot died, the press service for the regional branch of the Emergencies Ministry told ITAR-TASS.

The investigation is underway.
