MOSCOW, April 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia will insist all Ukrainian political forces and regions be invited to take part in the constitutional reform, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

“We are sure that all Ukrainian regions should have equal rights to make the constitutional reform comprehensive. The reform is indispensable for normalizing the situation and overcoming the deep crisis,” he said on Thursday.

“We often hear our US and European colleagues say the reform has begun. In early March the Verkhovna Rada set up a special commission on the constitutional reform,” Lavrov said.

“But all of our attempts to find out something about its activity have led nowhere,” he said.
