SIMFEROPOL, March 28. /ITAR-TASS/. The Crimean authorities have made a decision to impose a moratorium on the land allotment and privatisation of republican property, the republic’s First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Temirgaliyev reported on his Facebook page.

“We have made a decision to impose a moratorium on land allotment and on privatization of republican property. The decision will be in effect pending the approval of the General Plan for the development of the Republic of Crimea, the task to develop which has been given to the Russian Regional Development Ministry and Russian Construction Ministry jointly with Crimean agencies,” he said.

Temirgaliyev noted that experts that have taken part in the planning of Olympic Sochi development were already working on the peninsula. “There will be no more chaotic real estate development in Crimea, including the seaside territories. The concept of development of the Republic of Crimea will be ready by April 25,” the official said.
