MOSCOW, March 23, 22:36 /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s president Vladimir Putin and Germany’s Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel have voiced satisfaction over the arrangement on a mandate of the monitoring mission, which the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will send to Ukraine, the Kremlin press service said Sunday.

“The two sides discussed the situation after Crimea’s reunification with Russia and reaffirmed readiness for dialogue, including the one at the level of experts,” the press service said.
