MOSCOW, March 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian State Secretary, Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and head of the EU delegation to Russia Vygaudas Usackas have discussed the situation in Ukraine.

“During the meeting, the high-ranking diplomats discussed different aspects of the situation in Ukraine and international cooperation in this context,” the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Friday.
