Russian upper house endorses law on Crimea’s entry in Russia

MOSCOW, March 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Federation Council upper house of parliament has endorsed a federal constitutional law on Crimea’s entry in Russia and formation of new constituent entities — the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal importance Sevastopol in Russia on Friday.
The document was approved by a majority of votes in the upper house.
