“Ukraine’s most state authorities are usurped by imposters and they cannot control anything inside the country as they are controlled by radicals,” Putin said. “The situation is that getting a meeting with some ministers may be possible only on approval from the militants in Maidan. This is not a joke. This is what life is nowadays."
