MOSCOW, March 16. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has voiced concern about the aggravation of tension in eastern and south-eastern regions of Ukraine.

In a telephone conversation on Sunday, Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel exchanged views on sending an OSCE mission to Ukraine.

Putin and Merkel also agreed to continue discussions of these issues in the future, including between the foreign ministries.
