Russian prosecutors initiate criminal proceedings against several members of UNA-UNSO

MOSCOW, March 14. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia has initiated criminal proceedings against Ukrainians Oleh Tyahnybok, Dmytro Yarosh and other members of UNA-UNSO (Ukrainian National Assembly- Ukrainian National Self-Defense Organisation), Vladimir Markin, spokesperson for the Russian Investigative Committee, told Itar-Tass on Friday.
He said that prosecutors had gathered enough evidence that would soon make it possible to bring formal charges against the aforesaid persons for setting up a criminal gang; choose a measure of restraint for them in the form of taking into custody in absentia and put them on a police wanted list.
