MOSCOW, March 14. /ITAR-TASS/. The State Duma, the lower house of Russian parliament, has called for developing an international mechanism to investigate violations of human rights in Ukraine, head of the constitutional legislation committee Vladimir Pligin told a parliamentary session on Friday.
During consultations with representatives of the European Parliament on the situation in Ukraine “all delegates agreed that all cases of violence and deaths should be investigated,” he said. “All civilized procedures should be used to prevent the chaos. We need to involve an international investigation mechanism," Pligin noted.
