MOSCOW, March 04, /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Strategic Missile Troops effectuated a successful test launch of an RS-12M Topol missile from the Kapustin Yar testing ground in the southern Astrakhan region. The launch took place at 22:10 Moscow Standard Time (GMT + 4 hrs) Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry's information service said.
