KRASNOGORSK, March 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow region authorities are sending a delegation to Crimea to estimate the scope of humanitarian assistance to Ukrainian twin towns, governor Andrei Vorobyov said at a meeting of the regional government on Tuesday.

"A decision has been made to send a delegation of five municipal districts of Moscow region to estimate the size of necessary humanitarian assistance to Crimean residents," Vorobyov said as he named Russian-Ukrainian twin towns: Krasnogorsk - Yevpatoria, Kotelniki - Sudak, Dubna - Alushta, Dzerzhinsky - Krasnoperekopsk and Chekhov-Krasnogvardeiskoye.

The delegation will include members of regional government and public and local administration representatives.

Earlier, Vorobyov, at a meeting of the Supreme Regional Council, ordered Moscow region's Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Pestov to make preparations for sending humanitarian aid to Crimea by March 7.
